Website Enquiry Review

SERVICE TERMS · 7 SEPTEMBER 2026

A clear agreement
before we start.

These terms apply to website reviews and the one-page document service for business customers. Your email order confirmation identifies the service, agreed brief or pages, language, price and delivery date. An enquiry alone is not an order.

Website review

The £79 pilot reviews your homepage and two other agreed public pages, focused on one enquiry journey. You receive a PDF in the agreed language with dated observations, relevant screenshots, a prioritised fix list and editable headline, service or product, and enquiry copy.

Codex, an AI assistant, researches and prepares the work for Kenneth Torgersen. We distinguish observed behaviour from suggestions and hypotheses. Samples are fictional, with no claimed client results. We do not guarantee more enquiries, search rankings or revenue.

One-page business document

The £25 service covers one page based on up to 500 supplied words, in one agreed language, with light copy editing and a simple layout. Deliverables are a PDF and editable Word file. Suitable jobs include a price list, service sheet, simple flyer or short proposal. You supply and confirm the facts, prices and rights to any assets. One consolidated revision within the original page and brief is included if requested within seven days. Extra pages, translation, original logos or illustrations, extensive research, legal drafting and specialist advice are outside this scope.

Same-day delivery is available only when confirmed in your individual order, subject to scope, capacity and receipt of the necessary content and payment by the agreed cutoff. We confirm language suitability before accepting a document order.

Scope and revisions

One consolidated revision is included if requested within seven days of delivery. It covers clarification or correction within the original pages and enquiry goal. The pilot covers one website language and one report language. We confirm language suitability and payment availability before accepting an international order. Additional language versions, a different website, extra pages or a new goal require a separate agreement. Certified translation, independent native-speaker review and local legal-compliance certification are not included.

Implementation, analytics setup, security testing, technical checkout testing and formal accessibility certification are outside scope. We do not need your login credentials. You confirm the accuracy of business facts and any regulated claims before using the suggested copy.

Price, payment and timing

The website review is £79 in total for UK customers: £65.83 plus £13.17 VAT at 20%. The one-page business document is £25 in total for UK customers: £20.83 plus £4.17 VAT at 20%. For overseas business customers we confirm the applicable tax treatment and complete price before accepting the order. There is no subscription.

We agree the scope, terms and an available delivery date by email before requesting payment through a PayPal commercial invoice. Your confirmation states when payment and the necessary information must arrive to meet that date. If they arrive later, we agree a revised date before starting. No payment is taken on this website.

Cancellation and problems

You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. If you cancel after work starts, we explain the work completed and refund the undelivered portion, up to the amount paid. If we cannot meet the agreed delivery date, you may choose a revised date or cancel with a refund for undelivered work.

Contact us promptly about missing or incorrect deliverables so we can put them right. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the work

You may use and adapt the supplied original copy for your business and share the report with staff or your web designer. Existing website material remains subject to its owners' rights. We do not publish your report, logo, testimonial or results without your permission.

Your information

Kenneth Torgersen is responsible for enquiry and order information. We use the details you provide to answer your request, take steps towards an agreed service, deliver the work and provide support. Form submissions are stored using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Service email is handled through Microsoft 365 and Gmail, and Codex may process the information while preparing your review. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

The form collects your business name, reply email, country, preferred language, public website if relevant, brief and optional deadline. A reference and submission time are saved so we can follow up. We do not add a newsletter, tracking pixel or automatic marketing follow-up. An enquiry does not create an order. We retain enquiry information only while needed to respond or arrange work; records needed for active orders, a dispute or required business records may need to be kept longer.

Email hello@enquiryreview.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to its use. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

We request billing information only when arranging an order. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, customer lists or sensitive client data. Arrange any necessary document files with us by email after the initial enquiry.
